Our subscription plans are structured to renew automatically. This ensures uninterrupted access to our services without any manual intervention. Please be aware that the renewal occurs unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.

At the end of the trial period, you have the option to subscribe to either our monthly or yearly plan. If you decide to subscribe, your chosen plan will begin immediately following the end of the trial period, ensuring no disruption in service. Remember, you can cancel your subscription at any time, even after converting from the trial period, following the guidelines laid out in our Cancellation Policy.

This policy means that if you choose to cancel your subscription partway through your billing cycle, whether monthly or yearly, you will generally not receive a partial refund for the time remaining. However, it's important to note that this is separate from our refund eligibility policy, where refunds can be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in instances of technical issues or service interruptions. Even if a refund is not applicable, you will continue to have full access to all features within the CoVet app until the end of your current billing period.
