1. Subscription Terms
Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions
CoVet offers two types of subscription plans: monthly and yearly. These subscriptions are designed to provide flexibility and convenience, catering to the varied needs of our users.
Automatic Renewal
Our subscription plans are structured to renew automatically. This ensures uninterrupted access to our services without any manual intervention. Please be aware that the renewal occurs unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
2. Conversion to Paid Subscription
At the end of the trial period, you have the option to subscribe to either our monthly or yearly plan. If you decide to subscribe, your chosen plan will begin immediately following the end of the trial period. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
3. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
Cancelling your CoVet subscription is straightforward and can be managed directly within the app. Navigate to your profile, select “Manage Subscription,” and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
Access Post-Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to CoVet’s features until the end of the period you have paid for.
4. Refund Eligibility

At CoVet, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is to ensure fairness and satisfaction for all our users. If you encounter any issues with our service, we encourage you to reach out to us for assistance.
Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
If you experience technical issues or service interruptions that prevent you from using CoVet for its intended purpose, you may be eligible for a refund. These circumstances are extremely rare, but we are committed to handling them with prompt attention and fairness.
5. Requesting a Refund
How to Request
To request a refund, please send an email to info@co.vet. Include your subscription details, the issue you encountered, and any other relevant information. Our team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
6. Processing Time and Refund Issuance
Time Frame for Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we process the refund within 7–10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
7. No Prorated Refunds
Policy on Prorated Refunds
CoVet does not offer prorated refunds under normal circumstances. If you cancel partway through your billing cycle, you will generally not receive a partial refund. However, refunds can be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues. You will continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If you cancel or withdraw during a statutory cancellation period, any refund will be handled as required by applicable law.
These Terms may be made available in languages other than English. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the English version governs in the event of any inconsistency.
