This is a paid CoVet integration. CoVet plugs into your PMS at the API layer so generated records, templates, and case data move with minimal manual effort.
Paid integrations involve a coordinated rollout. The CoVet team works alongside your operations and IT leads to scope what's required, and pricing is billed through your existing CoVet subscription.
How does it work?
Direct API connection. CoVet authenticates with your AVImark environment and syncs cases, documents, and structured fields without manual copy-paste.
Pre-charting and template mapping. Your practice's templates and field mappings are configured once, so generated notes drop into the right places in AVImark every time.
One-click document export. When a visit is finished in CoVet, the structured record posts back to the patient's AVImark chart with a single action.
Multi-site support. Practice groups running AVImark across multiple locations can connect them all to a single CoVet workspace, with role-based access for each site.
Audit trail. Every sync event is logged for compliance reviews and ownership transitions.
Pricing
The AVImark integration is a paid add-on billed through your existing CoVet subscription on your regular monthly or yearly cycle. Annual pricing equals the monthly price multiplied by 12. Adding the integration mid-cycle may result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the period. The price, any immediate charge, and the renewal amount are shown before activation.
