CoVet and iM3 to Showcase More Efficient Dental Workflows at the European Veterinary Dental Forum

The Porto event will give veterinary dental specialists a closer look at how CoVet and iM3 can combine for complementary support.

CoVet, the AI copilot built to reduce administrative burden for veterinary professionals, today announced it will join iM3 at the European Veterinary Dental Forum in Porto, where the two global veterinary brands will show how teams can save time on notes and communicate dental care more clearly to pet owners.

The forum takes place in Porto from Thursday 7 May to Saturday 9 May 2026 and is organised by the European Veterinary Dental Foundation, a charity dedicated to study, science and education in veterinary dentistry. The event brings together veterinary professionals focused on dental care, education, and clinical progress.

At the congress, CoVet will show how AI documentation can support veterinary teams by reducing admin, improving communication with pet owners, and keeping records clear and consistent alongside iM3’s dental solutions.

“The European Veterinary Dental Forum is an important event for teams focused on advancing dental care and client education,” said Yannick Bloem, CEO and co-founder of CoVet. “CoVet is uniquely positioned to the world with iM3, as respective global leaders in Veterinary AI and Dental solutions, and our shared commitment to delivering tools that solve real in-clinic problems.”

“We’re looking forward to being at the European Veterinary Dental Forum with CoVet,” said Chris Lynn, GM iM3 Europe. “Veterinary teams need tools that support high-quality dental care and efficient daily workflows. This forum is a valuable opportunity to share practical solutions that support teams in practice.”

Dental procedures often involve detailed treatment planning, estimates, discharge notes, follow-up instructions, and home-care guidance. All of which adds a significant documentation burden for veterinary teams. CoVet helps reduce that workload significantly.

By cutting down on manual dental documentation, CoVet helps veterinarians get more out of iM3’s veterinary dentistry workflow. As teams use iM3 products to assess oral health, perform procedures, capture findings, and manage dental records, CoVet helps turn those clinical moments into clear, complete documentation, reducing administrative strain and helping vets stay focused on efficient, high-quality dental care.

Why Clinical Excellence Must Be Built Into Veterinary AI

August 14, 2026·10 minutes

Clinical excellence in veterinary AI requires more than having veterinarians endorse a product. Veterinary professionals should influence product requirements, templates, testing, quality review, localization, implementation, support, and education. CoVet uses an in-house Medical Department led by Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Mike Mossop, alongside DVMs, RVTs, specialty advisors, and other team members with veterinary-practice experience to keep clinical workflows connected to product development.
