By connecting CoVet directly with Vet-Files, veterinary teams can create documents with the copilot and send completed records back to the PMS.
CoVet, the veterinary industry’s leading AI copilot platform, today announced a new integration with Vet-Files, the veterinary practice management system developed by Belgian software company MillerFox.
The integration brings CoVet into the Vet-Files workflow, reducing duplicate entry and making completed clinical records easier to access and use across the practice. Veterinarians using CoVet report saving 5-10 hours per week on documentation, while self-rated record quality increased from 68% before adoption to 90% after adoption.
Once a record is completed in CoVet, it can be sent directly to the correct patient file in Vet-Files. This creates a more continuous workflow between the consultation, the finished clinical record, and the practice management system.

Vet-Files already connects practices with laboratories, wholesalers, accounting platforms and regulatory services used in Belgium. The integration adds CoVet’s clinical documentation tools to that existing network.
The partnership gives more veterinary practices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and the UAE a way to use CoVet while continuing to rely on Vet-Files for scheduling, billing, laboratory results, inventory and regulatory reporting.
The Vet-Files integration is available now to CoVet paid subscribers.
